If you want to exchange an article because the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, first read the general terms and conditions of sale to make sure the specific type of exchange is allowable. Then write us an email via the CONTACTS page of our website within 10 days of receiving the order. You will need to give us the product numbers of the articles you wish to exchange, the date of purchase, and the reason for the exchange. We will reply with a confirmation email containing instructions on how to proceed. If it turns out that we made a mistake in processing your order, we will pay for all shipping costs. Otherwise you will be charged for shipping.

Returned products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Specifically, they must not have been worn, washed, ironed, or treated in any way. The product must be returned in perfect condition with no wrinkles, stains, tears, stretch marks or any other sign of use. All labels must still be attached to the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
RIGHT TO RETURN
Legislation in force guarantees consumers the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving the product and to have the purchase price refunded to them.
If you wish to return an article, we ask you to send us an email via the CONTACTS page of our website indicating which articles you wish to return, the data of purchase, and the reason for the return.
We will reply with a confirmation email containing instructions on how to proceed. The articles must be returned using the same courier that delivered them to you and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. After verifying that the articles meet the terms and conditions for returns or exchanges listed below, we will recredit the cost of the articles to your PayPal or credit card account (excluding shipping costs) as quickly as possible.

We hereby inform you that the use of this website or the transmission of an order through the same, implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Data Protection.

By using this website and/or by placing orders through the same, the Client agrees to:
use the Website only to conduct legally valid consultations or orders;
not to do false or fraudulent orders. In the eventual case, if we have reasonable doubts to believe that an order of this nature has been made, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the competent authorities;
provide us with your e-mail address, mailing address and/or other contact details in a truthful and correct manner. Likewise, you agree that we use this information to contact you.
If one does not provide us with all the information needed, we will not be able to follow the order.
By placing an order through this website, the Customer warrants that he or she is an adult (18 years or older) and has the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
5. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
The articles offered through this website are only available for delivery to those countries listed in the form "Where do you want your order to be shipped" (The list is constantly updated).
Buying requests from countries other than those displayed are not recognized by our website.
The Seller sales products through the ecommerce exclusively for end-users who are "consumers".
6. PROCEDURES OF THE AGREEMENT
In order to place an order, the Customer will have to follow the online purchase procedures and authorize the payment. Subsequently, he/she will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your order ("Confirmation of the Order"). It is understood that this will not result in the acceptance of your order, as it is an offer you make to us for the purchase of one or more products.
All orders will be subject to approval, which will be notified by sending a second e-mail confirming that the order is dispatched (the "Confirmation of Shipment"). Details of the order will be summarized in the receipt attached to the Shipping Confirmation.
Only the products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be the object of this agreement.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability. In the event, there is no availability in stock, we will provide information to replace the goods with the same quality or higher value that the Customer may decide to receive.
8. REFUSAL OF PROCESSING THE ORDER
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content thereof. Although we will always do our best to keep up with all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that will oblige us to refuse to process an order after that we have sent the Confirmation of the Order.
More in detail, Love Therapy will not accept orders:
if the goods are not available at the time of order (if the product is unavailable, it will not be possible to add it to the cart);
if the credit card issuer does not confirm the payment.
Love Therapy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any order in the event of material misstatement related to the order or information provided by you via the site or if any further verification of the credit conditions would suggest such cancellation.
9. ORDER’S SHIPMENT
Shipment usually takes place within 1- 4 business days.
The goods will be delivered through a courier service at the address provided. ‘Shipment’ means the handing of the goods to the courier. The courier will deliver the goods only by asking for a signature confirming the reception of the goods.
In the event that the goods are shipped by courier, and they will not reach the destination, you will be able to contact Love Therapy through the CONTACTS page.
In the event that the goods have not been delivered for your inability to receive it, you must first contact the courier through the references that are left by the courier in case of non-receipt of the goods.
If the courier is not able to deliver the goods within 10 days due to the Client’s unavailability, we will assume that the Client’s intention is to cancel the agreement which will be immediately cancelled. As a result of the extinction of the agreement, we will refund all the amounts you paid, but keeping the costs that the courier will charge us.
11. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products will be as indicated on our website. The prices of the website are inclusive of VAT but excluding shipping costs, which are added to the total amount to be paid.
Prices may change at any time; however (unless stated previously) any changes will not affect the orders for which Love Therapy has already sent a confirmation.
Once you select items to purchase, those products will be added to your cart and the next step will be the order conclusion and payment. To do so, the Client will need to follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the information required at each step of the purchase process. In addition, the Customer can modify the order details at any time of the purchase process before payment.
The Customer can pay by credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Credit cards will be subjected to verification and authorization by the issuer, but if this entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to complete any agreement.
Love Therapy is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards upon payment of purchased products.
12. CHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY
The Customer is entitled to cancel the agreement within 14 days.
The withdrawal period ends after 14 days from the day the Customer receives the goods.
The Customer needs to inform Love Therapy by mail: info (at) lovetherapay.it or by writing to Love Therapy srl, with registered office in Viale Vittorio Veneto 6 - 20124 Milan – Italy, by using the ‘Cancellation Form’.
In the event the Customer ceases the agreement, all payments made will be refunded without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of the receipt of the goods. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment the Client used for the initial transaction. In any case, the Client will not have to bear any cost for the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the refund will be withheld until reception of the goods.
The Customer is required to return the goods at his own expense or to deliver them to Love Therapy, with registered offices in Viale Vittorio Veneto 6 - 20124 Milan, without undue delays and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the Client informed Love Therapy of the withdrawal from the agreement. The term is respected if the Customer returns the goods within the period of 14 days.
Love Therapy, will only refund the actual value of the product at the time it is delivered to oue address.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be supported by the Client.
The Customer is only responsible for the loss goods’ value resulting from manipulation of the products other than the one necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and overview of the goods.
The Clients right of withdrawal from the agreement will be applied exclusively to those products returned to us in the same conditions as they have been delivered to them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used in addition to the simple opening and for products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered or if they were damaged:
We therefore kindly ask the Client to care for the products as long as they are in his/her availability and possession. Please return the item(s) by using or including the packaging and the original wrap, instructions and other documents, accompanying the products.
12.1 CHANGE OF SIZE
Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraphs, once the Client receives the product, if he/she desires to change the size of the purchased product, he/she must write to the contact page within 10 days of delivery of the merchandise by specifying the codes of the articles you intend to replace, purchase date and the reason (use ‘Change Form’). Love Therapy will send a confirmation with the instructions to follow. In case there have been errors in the order management, shipping costs will be charged to Love Therapy. If the reason for the return is not due to a Love Therapy’s mistake, the shipping costs is on the Client’s side.
Replacement is only valid for identical items in different sizes; you can not replace items in different colours or with different products. Replacing the same item in a different size is only possible once.
The products returned should not have been worn, washed, streaked or treated in any way. The returned item will only be accepted if the garment is perfectly intact, not ruined or crumpled, with all attached labels, tin box and in the original packaging.
12.2 Return of imperfect products
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or doesn’t match the Client’s order, he/she will not accept the shipment by clearly notifying on the delivery note describing the damage and/or the error.
The Customer is required to communicate immediately to Love Therapy the problem by sending immediately an e-mail using the form ‘Imperfection Return Form’ to: info (at) lovetherapy.it
The Customer will have to return the product. Love Therapy will support all shipping costs related to the return of unaccepted products due to defects or damages.
We will carefully examine the returned items and we will notify the Client by e-mail within a reasonable time if we will proceed to the refund or replacement of the product.
13. RESPONSIBILITY AND EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, our responsibility for the purchased products on our website will be limited to the purchase price of the goods.
Without prejudice to the law terms, and except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, we will not accept any liability for any indirect damages.
All the descriptions of the products, information and materials that appear in the site web are given "as they are" and without explicit or implicit guarantees, except those by law.
It is understood that the products are in conformity with the Agreement if (i) they comply with the description given by Love Therapy and have the qualities presented on this website, (ii) are suitable for the use for which the products are normally intended, (iii) and features that are normal in products of the same type and that one can reasonably expect. Within the limits provided by law, we exclude all warranties, except for those that cannot be legally excluded from the consumers.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks and any intellectual property right on materials or content presented as an integral part of the web site are our property and those who have granted us a license for their use. You may only use this material after Love Therapy’s defined authorization.
15. LINK FROM OUR WEB SITE
If our site encloses links to other pages or third-party materials, such links will be provided for information only, without our own control over the contents or materials contained in such pages or sites. Therefore, we decline any responsibility in the event of any damage or loss arising from their use.
16. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
In using this website, the Customer accepts that most of the communications exchanged with Love Therapy are in electronic format. For contractual purposes, Customer agrees to this electronic means of communication, acknowledging that all agreements, alerts, information and other communications we provide electronically will comply with the legal requirement for written communications for such communications.
17. MAJOR FORCE
We will in no way be liable for any default or delay in the performance of any of the obligations under this agreement caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Major Force Events"). For Force Major Events means any act, event, failure to occur, omission or accident outside any reasonable control; such expression includes, but is not limited to, the following: Strikes or other unions, revolts, annexations, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, wars (whether declared or not), or threats of war, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides, epidemics or other natural disasters.
18. PARTIAL NULLITY
If any article of the General Conditions, or any part thereof, or any of the provisions of the Agreement, be deemed invalid, unlawful or inapplicable by the competent authority, such article, clause or provision shall be considered as not affixed while the other articles, clauses and provisions will remain valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19. RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to review and modify these Terms at any time.
20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The use of our website and the purchase agreement of products/items through the website are governed by the Italian law. The competent Law court is in Milan.
These general conditions apply from 1 October 2017.
